Improvement patches for Monster Hunter 2.
Features
- Smithy Speedup: Smithy no longer plays an unskippable animation.
- Extra Item Boxes:
- Jumbo (Full Box): Smithy 2nd floor.
- Kokoto (Full Box): Next to the door to your house.
- Foundry (Full Box): To the left of the smithy.
- City Gate (Limited Box): To the left of the dragon observatory.
- Dundorma Square (Limited Box): Next to the combiner.
- Dundorma Tavern (Limited Box): Top left corner.
- Shipwright Speedup: When Master Shipwright asks if you want to travel, the default option will now be Yes
- PSP Controls: Game controls similar to later games in the series.
Installation and Download
Download and apply the patches in order, depending on your needs:
I have an unmodified MH2 Japanese ISO and would like to keep it in Japanese
Just apply 2 Plus.
2Plus for Japanese ISO Download
I have an unmodified MH2 Japanese ISO and would like to play in English
First apply the english patch, then 2 Plus.

I have an ISO previously patched with Break Arts' English patch
Just apply 2 Plus.
